“The staff at Apple Auto Glass Langley is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. There was water leaking into my car interior and the garage suggested it could be the windshield seal to I took it to Apple. Jeff thoroughly tested the windshield seal and determined it was not leaking. He continued to trouble shoot until he had a good idea of how the water was getting in and did what he called a band aid solution to fix it even though it had nothing to do with the windshield. Although this is not his area of expertise he tried to find a practical remedy for me since I'd already been to the dealership and a body shop looking for answers.
Jeff was the first one to actually tackle the problem. I really appreciate his efforts and the fact that the amount I was charged was reasonable. I can now point out Jeff's finding the next time I have service at the dealership and they may have a more permanent solution. This should save me money in the long run. Thanks Jeff!!!
