“The staff at Apple Auto Glass Langley is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. There was water leaking into my car interior and the garage suggested it could be the windshield seal to I took it to Apple. Jeff thoroughly tested the windshield seal and determined it was not leaking. He continued to trouble shoot until he had a good idea of how the water was getting in and did what he called a band aid solution to fix it even though it had nothing to do with the windshield. Although this is not his area of expertise he tried to find a practical remedy for me since I'd already been to the dealership and a body shop looking for answers.

Jeff was the first one to actually tackle the problem. I really appreciate his efforts and the fact that the amount I was charged was reasonable. I can now point out Jeff's finding the next time I have service at the dealership and they may have a more permanent solution. This should save me money in the long run. Thanks Jeff!!! I highly recommend Apple to anyone needing glass repair or replacement. “My Apple auto glass experience was exceptional. I had a chip on my front window that needed to be fixed. I phoned at 10 AM and got an appointment books that day at 12 PM. The lady at the front desk was very friendly on the phone, as well as in person. The gentleman that came outside to look at the chip was very professional, and knowledgeable.  He told me there may be as small chance that my chip could crack more, But did assure me that it's in only small chance.

After he informs me that the glass could chipping more I was a little bit concerned. He reassures me that it's only in rare cases. I like it how the staff was very informative, it made me feel more relaxed. I came in at 12 PM and was in my car and out by 12:30 PM. When driving to work I noticed one of the staff members cleaned all my windows, which was a nice surprise.

I believe you have good professional staff at your Langley location on 64th Avenue, & 200th Street. If there's any services I'll need in the future I will for sure return :-)”  Jessica Dawe

“We had a cracked front window on our 'old' 1990 Excel - from a rock chip of about a year or so ago which had run and was becoming longer. The car's fairly old so Apple staff had to search for a proper replacement; they stored our vehicle for us and had the paper work and the job done, on an insurance claim and deductible payment.
